Tamron Purchase & Return Policies

Orders placed after 12:00PM ET Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that details the item information, delivery address and expected delivery date. You will receive shipment notification email when your order ships from our warehouse with tracking number.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.

Sales tax is calculated based on your zip code. Your final invoice will reflect the final cost with tax, to include all state and local taxes.

Tamron will ship your order with few exceptions within 24 hours of order processing. All shipments are made via FedEx ground unless expedited shipping is selected for an additional charge. The cost for shipping will be displayed on the checkout page before you finalize your purchase. Purchases made from the Tamron Store will only be shipped to addresses located in the USA, no P.O. Boxes.

Tamron offers a 30-day return policy for factory merchandise purchased from the Tamron Store. If the merchandise shows signs of misuse (water damage, sand, impact, etc.), a representative from Tamron will contact you to explain your options based on the specific condition of your item.

If any rebate has been initiated online, or the serial number has been cut from the box, the rebate amount will be deducted from your refund total. Please be sure you intend to keep the lens before claiming any rebates.

This return policy is exclusively for product purchased from the Tamron Store. For any purchase made elsewhere, please contact the original seller for return information and instructions.

Tamron Store Return Procedure

The Tamron Store will refund the eligible purchase amount for lenses purchased at the Tamron Store (“Eligible Merchandise”), within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return and refund, the Tamron lens must be in the original packaging with all supplied accessories and must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded.

Returns:

Customers must obtain an RMA number within 30 days of the date of the order. The Tamron Store will not accept any merchandise for return after the RMA has expired. After the RMA has expired, please refer to the 6-Year Limited Warranty that applies to the original purchase.

For eligible merchandise, please call Tamron at 1-800-827-8880, prompt 1, to obtain an RMA number.

After speaking to a representative your RMA number will be emailed to you. The RMA number must either be included in the box or affixed to the outside of the box upon return.

Shipping Instructions:

All returns must be shipped using the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided in your original shipment. The prepaid FedEx shipping label expires 60 days from the purchase date.

Be sure to package your return carefully to avoid shipping damage making your return ineligible.

The customer is responsible for any lost or damaged eligible merchandise in transit to, and until it is received by, the Tamron Store.

Any eligible merchandise that does not meet the requirements of this policy, are unauthorized returns and will be refused and returned to the sender.

Timing of Refund:

The Tamron Store will issue a refund to the original method of payment for properly returned eligible merchandise. Please allow 7-10 business days after the return of the eligible merchandise for the refund to be processed and visible on your credit card statement.
