Tamron SP 35mm F/1.4 Di USD (Model F045)

Takehiko Nakafuji with SP 35mm F/1.4 Di USD (Model F045)

The SP 35mm F/1.4 Di USD (Model F045) is Tamron’s new flagship boasting the extensive resolving capabilities unique to a fast aperture fixed focal lens.
Particularly impressive is the rendering of defocused areas at wide-open aperture. In-focus objects are incredibly sharp, and the way they smoothly and gently fade away into bokeh could be described as rendering on a whole different level, offering expressions only possible with this lens.

The clear and faithful image quality is ideal for shooting close-up portraits to take advance of the bokeh, capturing delicate colors in limited light, or capturing the rays of a sunset, and tempts one to shoot at wide-open aperture. Of course, when stopped down the resolving power is exceptional, allowing photographers to freely enjoy the different rendering that a range of apertures enables.

The simple and meticulously constructed high-quality exterior also leaves a favorable impression, providing users with the joy that comes with using a high-grade lens.
