HS EDU Purchase Program
FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE USA AGES 13-18 ONLY. STUDENTS UNDER 13 DO NOT QUALIFY.
High School students aged 13-18 residing in the USA are eligible for discounted pricing on Tamron lenses.
Students must be enrolled in one of the following classes to be eligible for the Tamron EDU:
Photography
Digital Photography
Graphic Design
Digital Art/Digital Design
Animation
Web Design/Interactive Design
Video Production
Film Studies
Media Production
How to Qualify: Students or their parents will purchase their Tamron lens at the TAMRON Store or at a local authorized Tamron retailer at the prevailing selling price less any national instant savings in effect at time of purchase. Students or their parents will then claim the Tamron EDU Rebate on the Tamron portal. A copy of the student’s current class schedule or prior marking period report card must be uploaded as proof of student status and eligibility. The document must clearly show enrollment in a class as listed above.

Tamron HS EDU Frequently Asked Questions
High school students ages 13-18 only. Students under 13 do not qualify. Students enrolled in the following classes qualify for the Tamron EDU Program: Photography, Digital Photography, Graphic Design, Digital Art/Digital Design, Animation, Web Design/Interactive Design, Video Production, Film Studies, Media Production. Proof of enrollment in these classes must be supplied. See the link above for details.
Students in Elementary and Middle School, or High School students under 13 do not qualify. Students in trade schools do not qualify.
Tamron lenses purchased from a non-authorized dealer do not qualify for the discount.
The Tamron High School EDU Program provides discounted pricing of Tamron lenses to students in the USA aged 13-18 enrolled in select classes as listed above. To qualify you must buy your Tamron lens directly at the TAMRON Store or at any of Tamron’s authorized dealers in the USA. Purchases from other dealers do not qualify. You will then log on to the Tamron rebate portal at https://bit.ly/TamronRebateClaims to process your rebate claim. Processing of your check may take 2-4 weeks.
Yes. The high school educational rebate amount will adjust with current National Instant Savings incentives in effect on the specified product at the time of purchase. See the Tamron HS EDU Program sheet at https://tamron-americas.com/tamron-edu-high-school/ for the price you pay at the TAMRON Store or authorized Tamron Americas dealer which will include any National Savings in effect and the amount of your EDU rebate you will claim after purchase. If your purchase is lower than the Tamron HS EDU Program final price, no rebate claim can be made. Special Tamron Event mail-in bonus rebates at tradeshows and certain dealer events can be claimed using the codes from the bonus rebate sheet you will receive at the event.

No. This program is not directed to individuals under 13 and individuals under 13 years old do not qualify for Tamron’s HS or College EDU program.
Yes, if you are enrolled in any program at a college or university in the USA or Canada. You must use the claim form found on the college level page here:Â https://tamron-americas.com/tamron-edu/.
We highly recommend your parent is involved in the purchase of your lens to be sure you have selected a lens that suits your needs and is from an authorized retailer.
